The following are options that can be specified when starting Chimera from the system. Whether to run Chimera with a graphical user interface. The DM-Analyst will use the chimera.vsearch command included in the mothur package. There are no options you need to decide about. After analysis, you will find the output files in a subfolder in you current working directory. It’s called “HQreads”.Don’t wonder, you will just find one file per samples although you had two files before (forward and reverse reads).

Hi there,
I set up Win 7 on an inner push. I noticed that one method to shave 2-3 mere seconds off your boot time was to enable the 'Zero GUI Shoe' option in one óf the config panels (probably msiconfig, I ignore). However, on my device this is definitely grayed away and cannot become selected.
Researching further, it shows up that the problem can be that the 'Zero GUI Boot' choice is usually part of a BCD (boot config something or various other), which is definitely another way of saying the default Home windows bootloader. Since I'michael using Chimera (ChameIeon), it doésn't discover BCD and cannot configure it.
Will anyone have got any remedy for this admittedly trivial issue? Thanks!
